Natasha Hagen

Natasha began attending births in 2020 following her own out of hospital birth experience in 2019. However, her journey to birthwork truly began before she was born, with her mother choosing an unmedicated birth. When Natasha became pregnant herself, she knew she could do the same. It didn’t take her long to realize that not everyone embarks on their journey filled with confidence and backed by a supportive family. Natasha seeks to fill those gaps for the birthing folks she works with by identifying their values; exploring their own processes and biases through art; and building a community they can rely on.

Outside of birthwork, you can find Natasha walking barefoot in the woods, devouring a book, sipping homemade kombucha, and enjoying time with her family and friends.

  • "Natasha was an incredible resource and so supportive throughout the birth of our second daughter. She was a calming presence during the final stage of labor when I needed it the most. She empowered my husband to advocate for me and assist with coping techniques. I cannot recommend Natasha enough."

  • "Natasha stepped in as a back up doula during a hospital transfer. She immediately made me feel safe and calm and stepped into the situation confidently even though we had never met previously! My husband and I were incredibly grateful to have her by our side as we welcomed our baby boy earth-side. I highly recommend Natasha to anyone interested in having a strong supportive doula!"

  • "We were so pleased with our experience of having Natasha as our doula! It was great to have her help us prepare and answer our questions as we led up to the birth of our daughter. My husband said she was a huge support for him and that he would have felt very alone and insecure without her there. 10/10 would recommend!"
