Why Golden Thread?
The image of a golden thread holds a beautiful significance within birth, and to us as birth workers. This beaming thread symbolizes the energy of a life force or soul in Greek mythology, and a spiritual guide through the labyrinth of birth. The golden thread that runs between women, between a mother and her baby, and between us doulas: a unification. Golden Thread Doulas embodies the essence of who we are and how we show up as your doulas.
